Returns and Refunds
We want to make returns as hassle-free as possible for our customers.
You have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email (email@example.com) or phone (0333 050 2593) about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
If you have the goods, please take reasonable care of them. Send them back to our contact address. This is at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged).
Please note, you will not be able to cancel or return an order for the supply of any of the following goods:
- The supply of goods that are made to the customer's specification or are clearly personalised.
- The supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly – e.g. fish food
For warranties, please contact us with the order/invoice number and tell us what the fault is. We will provide an authorisation to send back the item where it will be checked. If found faulty we can provide a replacement or repair.
